Kari (Steinhilber) Pagel, a central Wisconsin based portrait artist with over 16 years of experience full time in the field of photography, has worked as a portrait consultant for a respected studio since 2002 after graduating with a degree in Photography (having learned on a 4x5 large format film camera). She has worked hard for the last 12 years to open the doors to Steinies Photique.
She is a member of the Wisconsin Professional Photographer Association, has been a part of the Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep (infant bereavement photography), and continues her education through seminars and classes each year. She has studied with some of the industries best and most respected individuals. She will gladly donate to any community organization or benefit.
When she's not working in the studio she can be found hanging out with her husband and teenage sons at hockey games, on the constant search for props, and loving the outdoors. She loves to garden and is constantly digging in the dirt of the backyard studio.
